Two jobs turn up here more than any other: a small integrated oven in one of the new Blackhorse View or Blackhorse Mills flats, and a freestanding cooker in a Victorian terrace off Blackhorse Lane. The new blocks by the station have compact single ovens fitted flush under the counter, so the racks and side runners come out fast and go straight to the tank in the van. The older terraces are messier. Years of roast dinners baked onto the fan cover.
How the clean works on the day
Racks, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in a heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass get degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so there is no lingering smell when we go. We heat-test the oven and sign it off before leaving. A single takes about ninety minutes; a double closer to two hours. E17 has been inside the ULEZ zone since August 2023, our van is compliant, and much of the grid around Sutherland Road and the terraces off Blackhorse Lane sits under a Waltham Forest controlled parking zone, so tell us the road when you book.

End of tenancy near the Beer Mile
The warehouse conversions and rentals around the old Uplands Business Park, now the Blackhorse Beer Mile with Signature Brew and Exale, have a fast tenant turnover, and a lot of the work we get booked on short notice is a check-out clean where the letting agent has flagged the cooker on the inventory. If your tenancy ends on a Sunday, we still come.
Do you cover the new flats by the Wetlands?
Yes. The blocks between the station and Walthamstow Wetlands are a regular run for us. Integrated single ovens in those flats are quick, and the £77 price holds.
Will the kitchen smell of chemicals afterwards?
No. The caustic soaking happens in the tank in the van. Indoors we only use non-caustic products by hand.
Can you do a same-week booking for a check-out?
