Oven cleaning across Billericay, CM11 and CM12, from the High Street down to Norsey Road. Dip-tank method, seven days a week, single ovens from £77.
A royal charter of 10 June 1253 gave Billericay its Monday market and an annual fair, and the town grew along one long High Street rather than around a green. The Chantry chapel on that street went up in 1342 as a chapel of ease when the mother church at Great Burstead became hard to reach in bad weather, and it only became a parish church in its own right in 1844.
The town sits across two postcode districts
Billericay is split between CM11 to the east and CM12 to the west, both inside our round. Chantry House on the High Street was the 17th-century home of Christopher Martin, the Mayflower passenger who acted as the Pilgrims governor and bought the voyage supplies in 1620. His name is still on the town, which tells you how far the historic core reaches back.
A medieval core with 20th-century estates round it
Around the old High Street the housing spreads into interwar and post-war closes and newer developments, so the ovens run from freestanding cookers in the older cottages to integrated single ovens in the newer builds. A double oven before family come to stay is a common booking; a double oven clean in a Billericay kitchen is £110, with both cavities, the fan cover and the glass done by hand while the shelves soak in the van.
Norsey Wood marks the edge of the old town
The ancient woodland at Norsey Wood, now a local nature reserve, was where rebels fleeing the Peasants Revolt were caught on 28 June 1381, and more than five hundred were killed there. The wood still bounds the north-east of the built-up area. Fixed price, no premium-area surcharge on a Billericay address.

Common questions in Billericay
Do you cover both CM11 and CM12?
Yes, the whole town and the roads either side of the High Street. Tell us the road and we set the visit.
Is the method safe for a self-cleaning liner oven?
Yes. The cavity is degreased by hand with non-caustic products, so catalytic and pyrolytic linings are not scrubbed or damaged.
Will there be a chemical smell after?
No. The soaking is done in the van tank outside, not over your sink.
How long will it take?
About ninety minutes for a single, roughly two hours for a double.

Reviews from our rounds
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
Brilliant clean, my oven looks like brand new. A 5 star clean.
Once again a great job guys, I will see you in a couple of months.
