What the visit involves
The removable parts go to the tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand with non-caustic products, so a small E2 kitchen is not left smelling of oven cleaner. Where the door allows, we split it and do the inner glass, then heat-test the oven and sign it off. A single is about ninety minutes, a double nearer two hours.
