Prices are fixed on the phone with no surcharge for an E2 address, so an estate flat pays the same as a period cottage. The bigger fitted doubles in the conversions near Victoria Park are the £110 job, and on those the double oven clean off Cambridge Heath Road is the usual booking.
Parking the terraces
Parking is a real factor because the racks ferry to the tank and back.
