Up on Lessness Heath, Upper Belvedere holds the Victorian and Edwardian brick villas along Woolwich Road, many long since divided into flats, and those larger houses often kept a double oven or a freestanding range cooker. Down at Lower Belvedere, around the station and the Nuxley Road shops, it is more terrace and a single freestanding cooker, the £77 clean.
The villa flats above Nuxley Road
The big villas were carved into two and three flats over the years, so a kitchen that started as a scullery now holds a modern integrated oven in a converted ground floor, or an older cooker up a shared stair. Wherever it sits, the racks, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in the heated tank in the van, and the cavity, fan cover and door glass are cleaned indoors by hand with non-caustic products, so a converted flat holds no chemical smell after. A single takes about ninety minutes; a double runs to around two hours.
Two flats in the same villa can hold two completely different ovens, and both leave heat-tested and signed off.

Parking around The Village
The Village triangle of Nuxley Road, Albert Road and Woolwich Road can be tight for a van at shopping hours, so a morning slot is easier if you are right on the parade. Belvedere is inside the London-wide ULEZ that reached Bexley in August 2023, and our vans meet the standard. If your flat is up a shared stair, tell us the floor when you book, because the tank and kit ferry from the van.

Do you do end-of-tenancy ovens near Lower Belvedere?
We do. Agents letting the terraces book them between tenants, and we sign the oven off for the inventory.
