Jonathan Carr's estate had grown to 113 acres and close to 500 houses by 1883, and 356 of them were Grade II listed in one go in 1967, which is the single fact that decides what we walk into in a Bedford Park kitchen. Two councils, one suburb
Bedford Park sits across a borough line. Ealing designated its conservation area in 1969 and Hounslow followed for its part in 1970, which means the permit rules can differ from one end of a road to the other. Where the design allows, yes, so the inner glass panes get done rather than just the outside. Some older ranges do not split and we say so rather than force it.
How much notice do you need?
We work seven days and can usually fit a single in within a few days. A range takes a longer slot, so those book further out.
