The semi outnumbers the flat here, two to one
Census housing figures for Bedfont count roughly 2,065 semi-detached houses against 1,562 flats and maisonettes, with about 1,007 terraces in between. That ratio is the whole story of the place. This was farmland until the mid twentieth century, when it was picked out for low-rise social housing, and then Heathrow opened in 1946 two miles north and turned into the biggest employer around, which pushed demand for local homes hard and fast. Staines Road is a through-route, the back streets are not
The A315 runs straight through Bedfont and there is nowhere sensible to dwell on it, so if your house fronts Staines Road we will come round the back streets and walk the racks. Round Bedfont Green it is easier. That is the conservation area, the one with St Mary the Virgin sat in it, a church from about 1150 whose topiary yew peacocks have been kept clipped since 1704. Quiet kerb, short carry.

Nothing caustic comes into the kitchen
The tank does the loose parts outside. Indoors it is hand work on the cavity, fan cover and door glass with non-caustic products, which is why there is no smell afterwards. Doors split where the design allows. Every oven is heat-tested before we go.
Do you cover Hatton and North Feltham as well?

Is there an airport surcharge?
No. Heathrow being two miles up the road makes no difference to what you pay.
What if the cooker will not pull out?
We work with what moves. If a freestanding cooker is wedged, boxed in by units on both sides or plumbed in awkwardly behind a gas bayonet that has not been touched in fifteen years, we clean what we can reach safely and tell you what we could not.
How much notice do you need?
