The bulk of our SE6 work sits on the Bellingham Estate, the LCC cottage estate the council laid out on old farmland between 1920 and 1923, with its tree-lined roads radiating off Bellingham Green and St Dunstan's church at the centre. Those cottages have small kitchens, mostly a freestanding single oven or a builder-fitted integrated one. The site is boxed in by two railway lines, the mid-Kent line and the Catford loop, and Beckenham Hill station on the loop is where the postcode name comes from. No call-out fee inside the North and South Circular, no premium for this postcode.
