In the halls and the private student houses near the campus, it is usually a shared single oven that gets a proper end-of-tenancy clean in June or July, and because the parts soak in the heated tank in the van while the cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased indoors by hand with non-caustic products, the kitchen is handed back with no chemical smell for the next tenants. Along Avery Hill Road and Southend Crescent the houses are larger family semis, and there a double oven is common, covered by our double oven clean at a fixed £110. A single takes about ninety minutes; a double runs to around two hours.

Parking by the park and campus
Around Bexley Road and Halfway Street the shops get busy, but the residential roads near Avery Hill Park are usually easy for the van to park on. Part of Avery Hill runs over into Bexley, so a job on one street can be SE9 and the next SE12, though the fixed prices are the same either way. All of the area is inside the London-wide ULEZ, and our vans meet the standard.
Do you do end-of-tenancy ovens for the student houses?
Yes. Summer is our busy run near the campus, and we sign the oven off for the inventory so the deposit side is straightforward.
Is the oven usable straight after?
Yes. We heat-test it and sign it off, and the non-caustic products mean there is nothing to air out first.
Can you clean the double ovens in the Avery Hill Road semis?
We can. A double is a fixed £110, quoted on the phone before we come.
Do you cover the SE12 side towards Bexley?
We do. Avery Hill straddles the boundary, and there is no call-out fee inside the North and South Circular.

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
