How the clean works in a tower flat
The shelves, trays, side runners and racks soak in a heated tank in the van, so none of that sits in your sink. The cavity, fan cover and door glass we degrease by hand with non-caustic products, which is why there is no chemical smell once we go. Where the door lets us, we split it and clear the film between the glass. Then we heat-check it and sign it off.

Getting to your building
Access is the planning bit in EC3. Aldgate sits at the eastern edge of the Congestion Charge zone, which runs 07:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and 12:00 to 18:00 at weekends, so we factor that in and often use the Minories car park when a building has no loading bay. Around Petticoat Lane the roads on Middlesex Street and Wentworth Street close to traffic for the Sunday market between 9am and 3pm.

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
