How do you get here without a tube station?
By van. The nearest Central line stops are Theydon Bois, Loughton and Debden, and the 541, 418 and 575 buses serve the village, but none of that matters to us because the tank travels with the vehicle.
What happens to the racks and shelves?
They lift out with the trays and side runners and soak in a heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so the kitchen does not end up smelling of chemicals.
Do you work weekends?

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
