Abbey Wood is the south-east terminus of the Elizabeth line, and since the line opened in 2022 the flats around the station have gone up fast. The Cross Quarter blocks by the Sainsbury's, and Southmere out towards the Thamesmead edge, come with the built-in single fan oven that the developer fitted, and that is what we clean most often here. The oven stays in its unit under the worktop. The racks and trays go out to the heated tank in the van, and the cavity and door glass are hand-cleaned in the flat with non-caustic products, so there is no smell left behind. West of Harrow Manorway the streets are former council terraces with freestanding cookers, which is a different job again.
Two boroughs, one price
SE2 straddles the Greenwich and Bexley boundary, so which council issues the parking permit depends on the street, and the technician checks that when you book rather than getting caught out on the day. The price does not move either way. A single oven is £77 across both sides. There is no call-out fee inside the North and South Circular.

Yes, that is most of our SE2 work. The oven stays in its housing, the racks go to the van, and we hand-clean the cavity and glass at the flat. About ninety minutes for a single.
Am I in Greenwich or Bexley for parking?
It depends on the exact road, since the boundary runs through SE2. Give us the address and we sort the permit or loading side before we arrive.
How soon can you come out?
We work seven days, so a next-day slot is usually there. Handy if your check-out date is close.
Can you do the hob and extractor at the same time?
Yes. Hob is £23–28 by type, extractor hood £28. We do them alongside the oven in one visit.
